Training for San Antonio Rock N Roll is well underway! Registration is closed for RnR training, UNLESS you already have a strong mileage base, and will close soon to everyone regardless of base. Fall Training for Austin Marathon opening SOON!!

Austin Fit's Rock N Roll Marathon & Half Marathon Training is an amazing success this season! We more than TRIPLED last year's registrations for RNR Training! Since we are several weeks in already, we are not accepting registrations any longer unless you are already running several miles on your long run for the week (have a strong mileage base). If you have that strong base, you may still register in-person by arriving early at 5:55 AM at 200 E. Riverside on Saturday morning and finding the late registration table. Online registration is currently closed for RnR Training. ALL registration will cease soon, so come on out!

Training for the Austin Marathon (in Feb) begins August 22! Online registration will open SOON for the fall training.

USA Fit Austin

Welcome to USA Fit Austin. We are a training program for runners and walkers, designed with the goal of completing a full marathon or half marathon, or just to obtain a better fitness level! We have two training seasons for longer distance races: One in the spring/summer for the San Antonio Rock ‘N’ Roll Marathon and Half Marathon (November 15, 2009) and one in the fall/winter for the Austin Marathon and Half Marathon (February 14, 2010), and 3M Half Marathon (January 24, 2010). Our training programs may be altered to train for the Dallas White Rock Marathon in December, the Houston Marathon and Half Marathon in January, the Tyler Half Marathon, and others across the state and the region during that 6-8 month time frame. We also provide training for the Austin American Statesman Capitol 10,000 in late March, the Zooma Women’s Half Marathon in April, and Get Fit, a 5K program that occurs at various times throughout the year. And of course you don’t have to actually do on of these races if you don’t want to – you could just do the program for the challenge or just to get in better shape.

Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedules, Group runs, access to trained and certified coaches, informational seminars and a USA Fit Austin technical shirt.



Ask anyone who has trained with us, completing their goal of getting in shape or finishing a 5K, 10K, half or full marathon, and I'm sure they will tell you Austin Fit has truly changed his/her life. You will feel physically fit, happier, and mentally stronger; and all in a short 27 weeks (or 12 weeks for the 5K or 10K programs).

Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, our training programs are the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in the best shape of your life.

Does just hearing the word marathon make you shake in your shoes? That's okay, come out and join us anyway. You will have fun and meet other people just like you to exercise with and help you accomplish your fitness goals. We welcome everyone, and will find a group and coach to walk or run with you!
